Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with us.

We accept returns and refunds only if you contact us within 7 days after receiving your item.

Eligible Cases for Returns or Refunds

We will provide a replacement or refund in the following cases:

  • The product arrives defective
  • The item is damaged during shipping
  • You receive the wrong item

For defective or incorrect items, please contact us within 48 hours after delivery and include photos of the issue.

Non-Refundable Cases

We do not accept returns or refunds in the following cases:

  • Change of mind (including different expectations, wrong size, or incorrect orders)
  • Used products
  • Damage caused by the customer
  • Requests made more than 7 days after delivery

Made-to-Order Products

Some products may be made-to-order.

Due to the nature of made-to-order products, cancellations, returns, and refunds for customer-related reasons are not accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

If the item is defective or incorrect, return shipping costs will be covered by us.

For customer-related returns, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
